Registration for fall 2020 tutoring will open August 30th.
To receive the registration package contact me to be placed on the fall mailing list.
On August 30th you will receive an email with the package.
You must read the entire policies document and sign a contract agreeing to those policies.
You will also receive a student information form to fill out.
For Students Signing up for a Weekly Meeting for the Semester
To complete your registration you will send me an email with your top three preferred meeting times (see the schedule page for available times), the signed contract, completed student information form, and payment (see the payment page for details) for September. If any one of these components is missing, your requested time will be offered to the next student.
For Students Wishing to Meet Periodically
To complete your registration you will send me an email with the signed contract and completed student information form. You will receive weekly emails with my availability. Respond to the email with your requested tutoring time. I require the signed contract and payment for the appointment within one hour of your request to book the appointment; otherwise, your requested time will be made available to other students.
